This hotel is amazing, food is excellent, staff is extra nice and helpful. The entertainment crew is always doing something fun. The pool DJ/salsa instructor/ sport instructor Ivan is amazing! You won’t be disappointed, I enjoy his great music at the pool, any lessons he leads are amazing. Today I took yoga lesson with Manuel Who was great too, top yoga lesson! All the stuff is great, you will enjoy your stay. The hotel is clean, rooms are beautiful, property is beautiful as well. Food is so tasty I can’t stop eating, thank God for all the fun activities they have!
If you want to feel safe and relaxed, well these is a good place to stay. Around 13 minutes from the beach in walking distance. You get a free one complimentary breakfast buffet with your stay. Service is really friendly. Definitely recommend.
Safe, clean and affordable.. Best hotel in playas hands down. As well as great customer service. All room's just got new mattresses. As well they are in the process of remodeling every room. The pool just got a new re-plastered/ tiled and painted. New gift shop as well as the restaurant is open from 8am till 3pm..
The breakfast buffet is great. Good variety of hot meals. Fresh deliciuos fruit. Plus you can order eggs done as you wish.
Not a bad place for one night. The room was clean but the bathroom had only one soap, and one toilet paper to use. We had to call the front desk twice for help with the TV and for an extra roll of paper. They were quick to help. I'm giving it 4 stars because customer service was great.
This place is dog friendly. Which is very useful if your on vacation or trying to escape the fire works. The buffet in the morning is top notch. They even have excellent bread from ensenada. It is very reasonably priced.
